We started with a beautiful piece of land with the topography, vegetation, and features of neighboring Umstead Park. Our vision and design mission was to preserve this natural beauty and serenity as the setting for gracious executive homes. We then implemented a preferred builder program, restrictive covenants, and an architectural review committee to help ensure that each home built meets or exceeds the high standards set for this community.
